Go back to the 80's?
It was bad enough the first time. Don't make me go through it again. Seems there's a contest wanting reasons why we shouldn't go back to 80's fashions. Isn't this proof enough?
No? Than I give you these reasons:
1) I probably can no longer afford the cost of hair spray to keep my hair that high.
2) Do I really want to draw more attention to my butt? Tunic length shirts? I don't think so.
3) Sheer shirts over bustiers and stirrups? {{Shudder}}. The horror.
4) Shoudler pads? I have enough padding there, thank you very much.
5) Excessive makeup? I don't even wear lipstick anymore, and you want me to war paint my face?
6) Baggy, pleated, long shorts. Long shorts - OK, baggy with pleats - NOK!
I think that's enough to merit a rethink of the 80's comeback. I'm all for comebacks in a career, but not in fashion!
